Great all round

We actually did a U turn on a few cars as it was really difficult to find a car dealer that had decent reviews. We found a car sold my Graysmith that ticked all our boxes and as they had 5 star reviews we decided to give them a chance, glad we did as great service, well looked after and you can tell they really care about the quality of cars they are letting of the lot. Luckily we had no issues but I’d like to believe if we had, they would have sorted it. We dealt with a guy called Jake, who did go the extra mile for us. Would recommend.

New car

I dealt with Jake he was a really nice genuine bloke. Just bought my first car from here( Vauxhall Astra) when first seeing the car I wanted there were a few minor issues but Jake said he would sort everything and he did. Brilliant service from this garage will definitely buy again from here. On picking up the car it was easy no fuss and the car was spotless. Thanks again 👍👍

Bought my first car, a seat Ibiza and honestly, really impressed by Jake. No pressure selling. Super knowledgeable about his own vehicles and was straight up honest. I think its super rare finding genuine dealers like Jake and Reece, I cannot fault them at all and would recommend them within a heartbeat. Spent weeks if not a good month or two finding cars and visiting other dealers and I just couldn’t shake the feeling something wasn’t right. Not this time! Everything was immaculate even the engine bay was spotless and no expense spared fixing up the cars. I later had an issue with my second key and Jake sorted it out no questions asked. Car still runs like a dream four months on. Thanks Jake honestly can’t fault you guys!

Took my Citroen Ds3 in to have a new Head Gasket. The work was completed to a high standard and at a very reasonable price.Reece & Jake were fantastic, they went above and beyond in the service they provided, from start to finish as well as good communication through out until the job was completed.. I would highly recommend anyone to go here. I will definately be returning for any other work that needs doing on my vehicle..Well Done

Visited Yesterday to collect a car with my Son. Don't be fooled by the age of the owners of this company, They are 100% switched on ! The vehicle bought was in great condition and very clean. They had a good selection of vehicles for sale and they all looked great. Very respectable, polite and well presented guys. Aftersales is a strongpoint also. Modest guys who made a point of making sure their sales left us feeling happy with the car and them. They have been up and running for near on a year now and all I can say is I was very impressed with what they had made of the place. These guys will go far. They currently have affordable cars for sale and they stated they will always cater for affordable vehicles even if they do venture into more expensive vehicles in the future. Whether buying an affordable car or a top of the range expensive car should they decide to venture that way, they are going to leave you happy. They may be a fairly new company but they came from a car sales background. A message for the guys, Thanks very much for your service. You will be highly recommended by us.

Went to look at a zafira 1.7 , mileage and price bang on, very tidy looking car, guy who saw to me very polite very professional..

Took my car in for a new clutch,gearbox and service.Very reasonably priced.Reece definitely knows his stuff.The garage the mechanics work in is absolutely immaculate.All the lads are well mannered and clearly enjoy their job.Very refreshing as a women not to be ripped off.Will be returning. 5 🌟

2 young lads starting out and doing a brilliant job. Selling cars like it should be done. Instantly know you can trust them. Certainly not yh average dodgy car dealers.

Top Class Service

1st class service, from Reece. We bought a first car for my son, Seat Ibiza, we came across Greysmith Autos, by chance. As we live over 3 hours away, I spoke to Reece on the phone and he sent me a video of the car describing it as he went along. Nothing was to much trouble. Great car, great price. And great service. Well recommend this garage, genuine knowledgeable lad. Thank you for all your help.

Great service

Came across gray smith autos by chance and I’m glad we did. Went to look at 3 vehicles they had for sale but 2 had already been sold but not the bmw we wanted to look at. Bought it on the spot as compared to others we had been looking at it was priced right and in good condition. Bought a 325d from myself as a trade in. Very competitive pricing and service was unbelievable. My vehicle had some issues and I popped down a week later to find the car having loads of work done to it before resale - had to post this review as it’s rare to see a honest garage that preps the cars and rectifies all issues correctly before sale

Great cars on offer, great service with it too. Bought a Honda Jazz from Jake, a first car for my son. On seeing the car, it took me about 10-minutes to make a decision to buy. Indeed, all the cars on offer looked excellent, something for everyone. The team there has great attention to detail.In these times it great to see a young fella stepping out into business too. I wish Jake and his team success in 2025!

Bought a Kia Sportage a few weeks ago, nothing is too much trouble, Jake maybe young but he certainly knows how to make buying a car easy and stress free, would highly recommend this garage as nothing is too much trouble and the after care is excellent

Excellent service from both Jake & Reece Aug/Sept 24 , nothing to much trouble and even after sales customer service brilliant! I hope the lads continue with their good values and keep up a good reputation. They are expanding their company and bringing in more stock .. it was appointment viewing the cars (we had looked online first at what stock they had )and then booked a visit it was a really good way to look round and have individual attention and was not rushed at all . We bought a Kia Rio (2015 plate ) and enjoying our purchase so far . Lads seem to deal in better quality cars , nothing to cheap ! Or over priced . I hope the company goes from strength to strength .
